END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR BIOSHIFT

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Titan Digitalsoft ("Licensor" or "we") for the Bioshift software application ("Software") and related materials ("Materials").

1. DEFINITIONS

"Bioshift" means the computational chemistry and bioinformatics workflow platform software application, including all compiled binaries, executables, libraries, data files, documentation, and related materials provided by Titan Digitalsoft.
"Licensee" means the individual or entity that has acquired a valid license to use the Software.
"Computer" means a single physical or virtual machine on which the Software is installed and used.
"Materials" means all documentation, user guides, tutorials, example files, configuration files, and other materials provided with the Software.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

What You Can Do:

Install and use the Software on one Computer
Make one backup copy of the Software for archival purposes only
Use the Materials for reference purposes in connection with your use of the Software
Access and use integrated third-party tools and libraries as provided within the Software bundle

What You Cannot Do:

Distribute, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof to any third party
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software
Use the Software for any commercial purpose without obtaining a separate commercial license from Titan Digitalsoft
Extract, separate, or use any individual component, library, or tool from the Software bundle independently
Share or distribute any Materials, documentation, or example files provided with the Software

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Software and Materials are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software and Materials are owned by Titan Digitalsoft or its suppliers.

4. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS AND DATA SOURCES

The Software includes integrations with various third-party services and databases:

Scientific Databases

• KNApSAcK database for natural product information
• PubChem database for chemical compound data
• RCSB Protein Data Bank for protein structure information

Prediction Services

• ADMETLAB for absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity predictions
• ProTox-III for toxicity prediction
• Molsoft for molecular property calculations

5. ACADEMIC AND RESEARCH USE

Academic institutions and researchers may use the Software for research purposes without additional licensing fees, provided such use complies with this Agreement.

6. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

The Software does not collect personal information or usage statistics without your explicit consent. Any data you process using the Software remains under your control and responsibility.

7. SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Titan Digitalsoft may provide technical support and updates for the Software at its discretion. Support is provided through official channels, but is not obligated to provide updates or technical support.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Important Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TITAN DIGITALSOFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Titan Digitalsoft or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

10. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software and Materials in your possession.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute shall be resolved through good faith negotiations.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Titan Digitalsoft with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior understandings.

14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
