By downloading, installing, or using Bioshift ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Software.

License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, Titan Digitalsoft grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Software on one computer for personal or internal business purposes

• Make one backup copy of the Software for archival purposes
• Access and use integrated third-party tools and libraries as provided

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party
• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without obtaining a commercial license
• Extract individual components, libraries, or tools from the Software bundle
• Share or distribute documentation, example files, or other materials provided with the Software

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
